Adventure Trips
We arrange Adventures for our customers to enjoy their bikes on terrain not available in the Southeast.
The concept is that we rekey the routes, research hotels, and provide ad hoc coaching as new challenges are encountered. Riders are provided with the route to be able to navigate themselves, via a GPS or phone, and we have a tracking system so that everyone in the group can see where everyone else is.
In this way we do not need to progress all in tight duck fashion, but instead have the confidence to spread out, ride at our own pace, and stop when we want. All with the confidence that we know where everybody is and that there are rallydventurebike riders in the vicinity to help with any terrain, bike, or medical issues.

Our aim is to save you time and to optimise your time away by having carried out all the research, to bring together a group of like minded folk to share the experience and enjoy one another's company, and to give the space for everyone to have their own adventure whilst providing a safety net should it be required.

All our Adventures are designed for and are tailored to big bikes.

rallyadventurebike Mini Adventures are held in the UK and are typically 2 to 3 days.

We go to parts of the country that give us the space or terrain not available locally.

Norfolk Mini Adventure
​
Why Norfolk - partly for the space and the beautiful countryside with thatched cottages and flint churches, partly for an exceptional fish & chips lunch on the coast, but mainly for the sand. Large sections (for the UK) of sand to give us the chance learn about and master this most mysterious of surfaces. Ideal preparation for a trip to Morocco, South Africa etc.

Salisbury Mini Adventure
The famous Salisbury Plain - 300 square miles, a military area, Stonehenge, sparsely populated with the largest remaining area of calcareous grassland in Northwest Europe (apparently), and wonderful open views in a dramatic wilderness close to home. Basically a great big playground with the space for big bikes to roam. An opportunity to focus on sweeping wide tracks, sight lines, bike positioning, and a little more speed than is prudent locally.

Wales Mini Adventure
The views, the mountains, the rivers, the trails, and the history - one of the best off-road destinations in the world, and conveniently local for us. The focus for this Mini Adventure is technical riding - rocks of every size, some loose and some embedded, gradients, water crossings, and an opportunity for some trials type riding on the big bikes.

rallyadventurebike Adventures
rallyadventurebike Adventures are held abroad, and are organised to maximise the amount of riding whilst minimising the amount of time off work (typically no more than 5 days).
​
We select areas that give us contrasts in landscape, cuisine, culture, riding, climate, terrain and space in comparison to the UK. They are the highlights of our riding year!
​
Included with every rallyadventurebike Adventure is a trip specific version of our ‘Adventure Ready’ course. This will be a great opportunity for everybody to meet and will guide you in the preparation of your bike, what tools and spares to take, what and how to pack, navigation equipment, and how to deal with trail side breakdowns and emergencies. This knowledge will give even greater confidence and enjoyment on the trip.

Peaks & Plateaus Adventure
​
Ferry from Portsmouth to Santander, and back from Bilbao to Portsmouth. 5 days off work for 6.5 days riding!
​
Our route will take us through the heart of the Picos mountains and on to three ‘Reserva de la Biosfera’ and four ‘Parque Natural’. It is a sparsely populated and wild area! We will be climbing mountains and cruising across plateaus. We will see vultures and eagles, and perhaps hopefully not the Brown Bears and Iberian Wolves that make this wilderness their home!

Fabulous character hotels with the option of a rest day or a day riding without luggage in the middle.

​Desert & Mountain Adventure
​
Ferry from Portsmouth to Santander and back. 5 days off work for 6.5 days riding!
​
We will travel South East from Santander, south of Pamplona (of Bull Run fame) to a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and location of three Natural Parks called Las Bardenas Reales. This area extends to over 100,000 acres and includes semi-desert which was used as a backdrop to many Spaghetti Westerns, and more recently for the Game of Thrones.

Then we will travel East along the planes to the South of the Pyrenees and start arcing North into the foothills of that mountain range, reaching its spine about half way between the West and East coasts that it links, before heading back along the Pyrenees to our ferry home.
​
An amazing mix of terrain from the lunar like landscapes of the desert region to the craggy Pyrenees.

Magnificent Morocco Adventure
There is a different structure to this Adventure given the distances and terrain involved.
We leave our bikes behind and fly into Marrakesh. A transfer to Ouarzazate and we are ready to be introduced to our KTM 450 EXC's and to get straight into the action. The remoteness of this Adventure dictates a 4x4 support vehicle to provide mechanical and medical backup, and to carry our bags! Long days and luxury hotels.

The riding is a balanced blend of rocky mountain trails, sand, and dunes, with the opportunity to conquer Morocco’s highest dunes reaching 205m at Erg Chebbi. Enjoy our support and encouragement, both in preparing for your Adventure in Morocco and accompanying you on it.
